Digital systems, built end to end

Digital systems forbusinesses that want to

I design and build websites, automation, AI integrations and the systems behind them — so visitors, leads, bookings and follow-ups run through one connected setup instead of five disconnected tools. From the interface people see to the systems they never do.

01 — Digital Operating System

One system, every module connected.

Hover or select any module to see what it connects to and the flow it actually drives. This is the map of a working build — not a dashboard full of numbers nobody asked for.

02 — In practice

The same system, shaped to the business.

Pick a business type. The chain is what actually happens — from where the enquiry starts to what the business ends up with.

What it produces

Enquiries from social become booked, confirmed appointments without a message thread.

  • Gallery and service list kept in one place
  • Stylist availability respected at booking
  • No-show reminder sent automatically

03 — Capabilities

Seventeen modules, one connected system.

I don't offer a list of disconnected services. Each of these is a module that plugs into the others — pick a group to see what lives inside it.

17 modules

What the customer actually sees and touches.

  • Premium Websites

Highly interactive, scrollable sites with cinematic camera movement, WebGL detail and responsive craft — built to hold attention and read as considered.

    Site · landing · showcase
  • UI / UX

Interface and interaction design: information hierarchy, responsive layout, component states and the small decisions that make a product feel obvious.

    Flows · wireframes · UI
  • Motion & Animation

Purposeful movement — scroll choreography, transitions and micro-interactions that guide attention instead of competing with the content.

    Scroll · transition · state
  • 3D & Blender

Product renders, objects and scenes modelled and shaded in Blender, then brought into the browser as lightweight real-time 3D.

    Model · render · realtime

04 — Under the surface

The things users don't see.

A site is the top fifth of a build. These are the four layers underneath it — and the place where most projects quietly fail.

Layer 01

Visible layer

The interface — layout, type, imagery, states, the moments you actually notice.

Layer 02

Interaction layer

Motion, validation, focus order and feedback — the difference between clicking and understanding.

Layer 03

Data layer

Schemas, APIs, auth and the rules that decide what may be written and when.

Layer 04

Automation layer

Triggers and workflows that run the repetitive parts without anyone supervising them.

Layer 05

Production layer

Builds, DNS, TLS, monitoring — everything that decides whether it is up at 3am.

05 — Approach

What sets my approach apart.

Six principles that decide how the work is scoped, built and handed over. Select one to see what it changes in practice.

In practice

Systems, not pages

Form → qualification → calendar → follow-up, planned as one flow.

6 of 6 principles — the same rules apply to every build, whatever the size.

06 — Standards

Standards, not adjectives.

What every build is measured against before it ships — performance, accessibility, coverage and the range one practice is responsible for.

Performance budget

100/100

The bar a build is held to before launch — Lighthouse performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO.

Workflow coverage

24/7

Automated, not staffed

07 — Reviews

Good technology should improve the business behind it.

Sample content — not verified client reviews

We needed more than a website. The booking flow and the customer records behind it are what actually changed how the studio runs day to day.

Context: a booking path connected to availability, confirmation and reminder — replacing a message thread.

BookingWebsiteAutomation
The enquiry form now arrives with everything we need to quote, so nobody is chasing an email for a phone number.

Context: scoped intake fields captured with the enquiry, routed to the right person on submission.

Lead captureAPI
It loads fast on a phone, which is where nearly all of our customers actually open it.

Context: performance budget held through the build rather than fixed after launch.

What I valued most was being told what would not help before we started building it.

Context: scope agreed up front, with the parts that would not earn their cost cut from the plan.

08 — About

One person, responsible for the whole system.

Omer

I'm Omer. I build digital systems for businesses — the website people see, and the APIs, data, automation and search infrastructure they don't. Design, code, SEO and operations are not four separate handoffs in my practice. They are one connected build, owned end to end.

I care less about making something look expensive and more about whether it removes work from someone's week. A site that loads fast, a booking that confirms itself, a lead that arrives qualified — that is what good technology feels like from the inside.

How I work

  • Understand the business first

Before any design decision I map what the business actually does, where leads come from, and where time is lost.

  • One system, not five tools

Website, backend, automation and search are planned together so they exchange data instead of sitting side by side.

  • Ship it so you can keep it

Clear structure, documented handoff and no dependency on me to make a small change six months later.
